My Teaching Goal

My goal as a teacher is to incorporate skills and techniques that help students learn, therefore I motivate student learning, enhance student understanding, and encourage student interaction rather than just dispensing my knowledge to them. I am there to “light their candle," not just "fill their bucket.”
